• The options available to young people and why family firms need to step-up their investment in family talent
• The need to create a clear pathway for your career in the family firm
• The power of mentorship, coaching and networking for successors

My client, Campden Wealth, asked me to chair a two-day event at The Grand Hyatt Hotel for members of ultra-high-net-worth financial families.

We delved deep into the subject of 'Legacy' - purpose, people and profit. The audience were inspired by the extraordinary calibre of speakers and left motivated to put their learnings into action.

FBN 28th Global Summit, Spain

It was a privilege to co-host the Family Business Network (FBN) Global Summit; a two-day event in Gran Canaria, Spain. 

As well as facilitating speakers and panel discussions, I engaged the audience with my own experience as a 5th generation member of The Musgrave Group. Plus spoke to their headline topic of 'The Positive Impact of Family Business: Responsibility, Resilience & Regeneration'.
